Product Specialist (Full-Time)

The Product Specialist fills a critical role on our client success team, helping to implement our customers and being a product champion internally and externally.

Ideally, you:

  • Learn quickly and are a self-starter
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Clearly articulate technical concepts and Rigor's value proposition
  • Communicate well with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Can understand, explain, and solve complex problems with a defined plan and specific steps
  • Have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the OSI model layers, and automated testing
  • Desire to learn how things work and use that knowledge to help clients
  • Have implemented SaaS solutions and worked directly with clients in previous roles
  • Earned a Bachelor's degree or higher with focus on Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred

A typical day at Rigor:

  • Manage implementation program for Rigor's customers, working with DevOps teams from all levels and job functions
  • Own customer engagement during implementation by driving product adoption and developing champions of Rigor's brand
  • Lead project planning, software configuration, and training based on customer's objectives, requirements, and use cases
  • Demonstrate Rigor's value by communicating best practices and making customized recommendations
  • Develop strong understanding of customers’ business processes, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify strategic initiatives to ensure successful adoption
  • Proactively communicate with customers to identify risks and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate client needs and feedback
  • Iterate on implementation process based on customer feedback and best practices
